Prayer Ministry

The intercessors prayer ministry is staffed with those who are willing to stand in the gap for others, allowing the Holy Spirit to intercede through them. If you would like to be a part of this ministry, please call the office at 863.2370 or email us.

Names will remain on the prayer list for one month. You can resubmit a name at any time and as many times as desired. Instead of submitting your request online, you may also call our office at 863.2370 or email us your prayer request.

Centering Prayer

Centering prayer is the prayer of silence. Join a small group on Tuesdays for a short devotional reading, followed by a time of practicing centering prayer. This type of prayer is designed to help us withdraw attention from the ordinary flow of thoughts. As we detach from thoughts, we are able to open our minds and hearts, bodies and emotions to God, the Ultimate Mystery beyond words, thoughts and emotions. It is a process of letting go and offering oneself to God as we practice silence. This is an open group and guests are welcome.
